Functions

In general it is very easy to manage, from themes to plugins to user management. It is also very easy to manage as there are a lot of users and the plugins are very functional.

Performance

Probably the biggest inconvenience is that it always feels like it takes a bit long to load when running on my not very powerful server, and it lags in the background when managing theme customisation, and is noticeably slow on my server when registering and logging in, presumably with more users there may be a risk of downtime to the server.
